Second RECOMB Satellite Conference on Hardware Acceleration of Bioinformatics Workloads

RECOMB-Arch 2027 is the second edition of the RECOMB Satellite Conference on Hardware Acceleration of Bioinformatics Workloads. It will take place in Toronto, Canada (May 16, 2027), as a satellite of RECOMB 2027. The conference brings together researchers from the bioinformatics, computational biology, and computer architecture communities to advance the acceleration of bioinformatics analysis (e.g., genome, transcriptome, and proteome analysis) through hardware-software co-design, hardware accelerators, and software systems tailored for new hardware, including compiler optimizations, APIs, and DSLs.
